"Bless You"

Bless you are spoken because god give us the direct instructions to bless those who curse and revile us. It became customary  to say "god bless you" as a response to one sneezing. Also because you wish a person blessing in various situations especially as a response to a sneeze, and also, when parting or writing valediction.  It all started of the bubonic plague in AD 590.
