Duties and Responsibilities: Attend auditions and casting calls in order to audition for roles. Collaborate with other actors as part of an ensemble. They are responsible for rehearsal attendance, punctuality, line memorization. Failure to adhere to responsibilities. They are also responsible for calling stage manager in the event of sickness or being late for rehearsal. 

Salary: The average salary is $52,027

Education: At least 2 years and preferably four in a reputable college acting program in a major city or entertainment area. Getting a degree performing arts or theater is the requirement for completing such a program.
